Here's the recipe;
255 gm butter
255 gm castor sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tspn baking soda
4 tbsp ground hazelnut
1/2 tspn salt
226 ml milk
3 nos egg
57 ml vegetable oil
170 gm butter
2 tspn vanilla
Vanilla Hazelnut Cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache Filling and Whipped Cream Frosting, accompanied with a cup of hot Teh Tarik (pulled tea).



Lemon Drizzle Cupcakes:
2 cups self raising flour
2 cups sugar
2 cups butter
6 eggs
Lemon juice and lemon rind
1 cup milk
1 tea spoon baking soda

Mix all ingredients and bake in the oven.

Icing sugar with red/green food colouring and crushed smarties on top.

Water, Milk, Tea bags, Sugar, Crushed Cardamoms, Crushed Cinnamon.
